Who We Are

We are a dedicated group of mechanical engineers, software developers, and automotive enthusiasts. Based out of Detroit, Michigan, our team shares a unified passion for building high-precision, beautifully designed tools that make complex daily tasks easier for everyone.

Our Story

The project began in 2022 when our founder, struggling to read a smudged shop manual on a phone with greasy hands, realized there was no ad-free, fast torque reference online that worked well on a modern phone. What started as a weekend coding project grew into the engineering resource you see today.

How We Verify Our Work

Every calculation uses double-precision IEEE 754 arithmetic. Our conversion factors are sourced from and routinely re-checked against the standards published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
